Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with tracking included. There is no minimum order value and no fee added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized items may take a little longer, as they are made to order.

Delivery time

Delivery times differ depending on which warehouse an item ships from:

Beds and baskets, sent from our European warehouse: 4 to 8 business days.

All other products: 8 to 16 business days.

The estimate for the items in your basket is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Multiple items

Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partners’ warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean your order is incomplete.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at tobicshop@outlook.com and we will help you.
