Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized items may take a little longer, as they are made to order.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days across Europe. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Rest of the European Union: €9.95

Multiple items

Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean your order is incomplete.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
