Where we ship
We ship across Europe, including all major EU countries.
Delivery time
🚚 Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days after they are placed. Most items ship from European warehouses; a few travel a little further, so we give a comfortable estimate rather than promise the impossible.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the home.
Order processing
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales) it may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
If your parcel is delayed
Very occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please get in touch and we'll track it down and make it right.
