Where we ship
We ship across Europe, including all major EU countries.
What shipping costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included — there is no minimum and no surprise fee at checkout.
Delivery time
Some of our items ship from our European warehouse and some travel further, so delivery times differ by product:
- 4 to 8 business days — our beds and baskets, sent from our European warehouse
- 8 to 16 business days — everything else
The exact estimate for what's in your basket is always shown at checkout before you pay. If your order contains items from both groups, they may arrive separately.
Order processing
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Personalized items take a little longer, as each one is made to order. During busy periods it may take a little more time — thank you for your patience.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the journey.
If your parcel is delayed
Very occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected, and customs or postal delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please get in touch at tobicshop@outlook.com and we'll track it down and make it right.
