Where do you ship from?

Part of our range is dispatched from a warehouse inside Europe. The rest travels from our production partners, straight to your door, which is why delivery times differ from item to item. The delivery time for each item is written on its product page.

How long will my order take?

4 to 8 business days for the items stocked in our European warehouse, and 8 to 16 business days for everything else. Check the product page for the exact estimate, and you will also see it at checkout before you pay.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order, with tracking included. No minimum, no surprise fee at checkout.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout, the same one used by millions of shops worldwide. We never see or store your card details.

Can I return something?

Yes, 14 days from delivery, no explanation needed. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Write to us. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, we track it down and make it right, with a replacement or a refund.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Not at the moment. We ship across Europe.

How do I order a personalized item?

Place your order as usual, then reply to your order confirmation email with your pet's name. Each personalized piece is made individually, so it takes a few days longer.

Who is Tobic?

Tobic is a real dog, and the reason this shop exists. Every product here was chosen with him in mind: would he use it, would it last, would it look good in a home. You can read the whole story on our Our Story page.
