Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it. No explanation needed. Just write to tobicshop@outlook.com with your order number and we'll tell you exactly what to do next.
How to return an item
- Email us within 14 days of delivery.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Who pays for the return
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or simply wasn't what you ordered — in that case we cover everything.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo at tobicshop@outlook.com and we'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. Nothing needs to be sent back first.
Personalized items
Products made with your pet's name are produced individually and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Questions
We're a small shop and a real person reads every message. If something isn't right, tell us — we'd much rather fix it than lose you.
